Grab The Kids! The Detroit Circus Is Coming To Town

Detroit CircusThis Friday the circus will officially be in town, the Detroit Circus to be specific.  Friday’s Orlando J. Roberts Spring Children’s Concert will bring the Detroit Circus to the Flint Public Library for a late morning show.  Featuring human performers who are masters at contortion, juggling, acrobatics, illusion and magic, and acts of physical wonder this will be a show for all ages that promises to have everyone breathless for its duration.  If you still can’t wrap your head around what makes Detroit Circus different than other circuses out there think of acts similar to Cirque du Soliel which take what we believe about what the human body can do and blows those constraints out of the water.

For parents this show is a wonderful way to teach kids that the body can do far more than we ever imagine and that for people like the performers in the Detroit Circus magic really does exist while those without children can go and appreciate the physical feats of the troupe.  The performance is suitable for all ages and takes place at the Flint Public Library from 10:30AM – 12:30PM.  Grab the family, pack a lunch, and get ready for a morning of mind-blowing fun that may really have your kids really wanting to run away with the circus.
