When you order a burger at Fuddruckers, you know you’re going to get three things: 1) a fresh bun, made from scratch; 2) a patty that’s never been frozen; and 3) the opportunity to customize your meal after it’s been delivered to your table.
Like all Fuddruckers restaurants, the Flint location has a fresh produce bar where customers can personally pick their desired toppings: fresh sliced tomatoes, hand leafed or shredded lettuce, sliced onions, pickles, pico de gallo, sliced jalapenos and a number of condiments. (Don’t forget the Fudds Cheese Sauce!)
Not in the mood for beef? No worries! They also have turkey and veggie patties, grilled salmon, crispy fish, and ribeye steak. And if you’re looking for a burger of the more exotic variety, they offer buffalo, elk and wild boar (availability varies).
The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. It is located at 2373 Austin Parkway, Flint.
