Great news about a Burton-based business that is growing even in the midst of the nation’s slow economic recovery.

Trialon Corporation in Burton, like so many companies, has faced its fair share of economic hardship. But the people there have worked hard to weather the difficult times and are now receiving global recognition.

Trialon beat out more than 2,000 companies worldwide for the Delphi Pinnacle award. (On Monday), employees were treated to a special luncheon for their commitment to the company.

Trialon provides engineering test services and technical staffing to several businesses, including those in automotive and aerospace. The company added recently added 16 jobs and has doubled in size since August of 2009.
