Here’s some positive news that just came through my e-mail box. Flint’s Phyre Hawkins will be among the stars of a national tour of Hair on Broadway starting in July.
New York’s Public Theater and Joey Parnes announced April 13 that the national tour of the Tony-winning revival of Hair will play Broadway this summer.
The limited engagement will begin performances July 5 at the St. James Theatre, currently the home of American Idiot, with an official opening scheduled for July 13. Performances will continue through Sept. 10.
